Who is responsible
The Grid Model (thegridmodel.com) is operated by Eduardo Lozano de León, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. Contact: contact@thegridmodel.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up.
- The date you signed up and, if you arrived through a shared link, the tag on that link (for example, which community the link was posted in).
- Whether you asked to receive the weekly Grid note.
- A session cookie that keeps this browser signed in. It holds a random token, not your email.
We do not collect your name, location, payment card or any other personal data at sign-up.
What we use it for
- To give you access to the site.
- If you opted in, to send you the weekly Grid note. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which channels bring visitors, in aggregate.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores sign-ups.
- MailerLite, which sends the weekly Grid note.
- Stripe, only if you make a purchase.
How long we keep it
Session cookies expire after 180 days. We keep your email while you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to contact@thegridmodel.com. You can stop the weekly email with one click from any issue.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
